Tap on the “Accounts” button to view all accounts for the team.

You can easily activate or deactivate users with the toggle. Deactivated users will not be able to log into the PilSeung team app, but all their information is still saved. You can also easily see what type of roles each account has been granted; athlete, parent, or coach

Tapping on a user will show more information and tapping edit will allow you to change account details.

As an admin you can add or remove roles to the account by changing the Athlete, Parent and Coach boxes. You can enable or disable account logging, add or remove the user as a team admin, and remove the user from the team (removes their access and all data).

If the account has been given the parent role, athletes need to be linked to their account. This can be done by tapping on “Associated Athletes“

Tap on the + sign and select the athletes that should be linked to the account from the list. Then tap on the checkmark to save the link.
