Tapping on the “Documents” button will allow you to upload documents related to the athlete.

If you have no documents uploaded already, Tap on “Add a New Document”.

Select the type of document, or “Other” if the document isn't listed.

Enter a description if you would like or leave this blank. Tap on “Upload”. Once the document is uploaded, you will be able to view it in from the list.

You can upload as many documents as you like as long as it's an image (jpeg, gif, png)
